Hello... sorry doston meri english jyada achchi nahi hai, isliye main hindi me hi likh rha hun. "Schizophrenia" ye ek aisi mansik sthiti hai jo aaj ke samay me ek aam bat hai. Doston main koi doctor nahi hun, Mai bhi aap logon ki tarah hi is bimari ka mariz hun.  isliye mujhe is bimari ke bare main wo sab pta hai jo doctors ko bhi nhi malum hoti hai kyunki mai is bimari ko jeeta hun. Is Bat main koi dorai nahi ki is bimari se nijat pane ke liye aapko koi aisa doctor chahiye jo is bimari ko jiya ho. Use khud mahsus kiya ho. Phir wo chahe koi pchycologist ho ya phir koi neurosurgon. Aam taur par humko pta bhi nahi chalta ki kab hum is bimari ki chapet me aa jate hain, Us per sabse dukhad bat yah hoti hai ki hame samajhne wala koi nahi hota, na hi hamara parivar na dost yar aur na hi doctor. Anxiety यह आज के समय का ऐसा शब्द है जिससे हर कोई वाकिफ है। क्या है ये anxiety । क्या हैं इसके लक्षण, ये कैसे होता है, इसका उपचार क्या है। कौन सा चिकित्सा इसके उपचार में असरकारक है, दुर्भाग्यवश किसी भी anxiety के मरीज को इसकी जानकारी नही होती। विश्व की बडी शहरी आबादी इससे पीडित है । और फिर इसके आगे की अवस्थाएँ जैसे panic attack , migrain, shyjophreniya , suicide आदि रोगों मे बदल जाना । जब भी हमारा दैनिक संतुलन बिगड़ता है चाहे वह सोने जागने का हो या हमारा खानपान या फिर तनाव ये बीमारियां हमे घेर लेती हैं। ये है भौतिक करण। अब हम इसके मानसिक कारणो पर चर्चा करते हैं । मानसिक कारणो मे ज्यादा सोचना, नकारत्माक्ता, किसी तरह का भय, या प्यार मे नाकामयबी, असफलता आर्थिक तंगी, रोजगार न मिलना आदि अनेक उदाहरण हैं। स्थिति तब और बिगड़ जाती है जब भौतिक अर्थात् शारिरीक व मानसिक दोनों विकार एक साथ व्यक्ति पर धावा बोलते हैं । सबसे बड़ी समस्या ये है की ये एक लाईलज बिमारी है। फिर भी मैं इसे लाईलज नहीं कह सकता क्यूंकि जो सैंकड़ों करण इसके होने के जिम्मेदार हैं उसी तरह कई थेरेपीया व व्यायाम के लगातार अभ्य
